LIMITED WARRANTY
All products manufactured carry a LIMITED WARRANTY for defects in workmanship and/or material.
In this warranty statement, the term "defect" is defined as any imperfections which impair the use of the product for which it was intended. This warranty is expressly limited to repair or replacement and is non-transferable between customers or vehicles.
Gridiron Bumper Corp. products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturer's defects and to perform as advertised when properly installed and used as intended. If a defect is found, the product may be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
It is the responsibility of the of the purchaser to provide written description of defects to the manufacturer within 30 days of discovering claimed defects. High resolution digital pictures may also be submitted by the purchaser in order to present evidence of defects. However, the submission of pictures may or may not exempt the purchaser from being required to return the actual product to Gridiron Bumper Corp. for inspection and warranty decision. If returned, the defective item must be accompanied by proof of purchase receipt and returned to the manufacturer. Purchaser is responsible for retaining all proof of purchase items—duplicate receipts will not be provided by the manufacturer.
When we receive a valid warranty claim within 30 days of receiving your order, for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to customer and customer shall be responsible for return shipment of the defective product to us.
Gridiron Bumper Corp. is not responsible for product defects which are caused by improper use, neglect, abuse, improper installation, accidents or other uses not described in the product literature. Gridiron Bumper Corp is not liable or responsible for the customer's costs associated with improper use, neglect, abuse, improper installation, accidents, or other uses not described in the product literature. Furthermore Gridiron Bumper Corp. is not responsible or liable for personal property which is stored in or which interacts with Gridiron Bumper Corp. products. This limited warranty is void in the event of improper installation by anyone other than Gridiron Bumper Corp.
THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT DOES NOT COVER ANY ASSOCIATED COSTS INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
The limited warranty covers the cost of the product. The limited warranty does not cover installation, labor, freight, shipping, fuel, mileage, improper installation, road hazards, rock chips, normal wear and tear, weather conditions, abuse, misuse, damage from impact or collision, damage to other personal property, product fabrication, alteration, or modification in any form, extension of any voided warranty the vehicle manufacturer offers. The limited warranty does not cover any consequential damages, including but not limited to the expense of being without a vehicle during the inspection or repair/replacement period, delay, or mileage. We offer no implied warranties, written or otherwise, including the implied warranty of fitness or merchantability. Under no circumstances will Gridiron Bumper Corp. be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from use or misuse of our products.
Additionally, any and all implied warranties (including the warranty of fitness or merchantability) are limited for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. This limited warranty is void if the product shows signs of alteration, modification, misuse, mishandling, improper care, and/or neglect.
The liability of Gridiron Bumper Corp under this warranty is limited, at Gridiron Bumper Corp’s option, solely to repair or replacement with equivalent products within a reasonable time.
This limited warranty is conditional upon:

Gridiron Bumper Corp being notified by Purchaser of any defects within 30 days of receiving your order after discovery of any defects;

The return of the defective product(s) to Gridiron Bumper Corp at Purchaser's expense within the limited warranty period; and

Gridiron Bumper Corp's examination of such product(s) and its satisfaction that such defects were not caused by negligence, misuse, improper maintenance, accident, or unauthorized repair or alteration.
Gridiron Bumper Corp is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from using or installing the products purchased from our website. Removal of reinforcements, bumpers, turn signals, and other safety equipment on the vehicle is at the customer's discretion. Gridiron Bumper Corp will not be responsible for the customer's actions.
